Our sustainable business model ensures we have a positive impact in our priority areas for all our stakeholders from sourcing raw materials locally, to having a very strong distribution base, employee well-being, and empowering our farmers and communities. Our outgrower program focuses on empowering our farmers with inputs on credit, training on good agricultural practices and yield enhancement techniques to boost productivity and guaranteed off-take at prevailing market prices for higher incomes. Our farmers are also enrolled in our Farmer Business School to equip them with the requisite skills for building sustainable businesses.
