Other features include a lush greenery, water bodies, swimming pools, tennis court, Spa, gym and clubhouse, ample underground parking and breath-taking views with overall 31000 Sqm of super built-up area constructed.<\/p>\n

This Project was executed in partnership with leading construction company El-Alan Group Constructions of Nigeria, a development that has been iconically heralded as the tallest residential building in Ikoyi, Lagos and is widely acclaimed for setting a standard in luxury development for its innovative design and creative, modern construction.<\/p>\n

No. 39 Bourdillon<\/strong><\/p>\n

No. 39 Bourdillon is being jointly developed by Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group and El-Alan Group. It is located at 39, Bourdillon road, Ikoyi.<\/p>\n

Climbing 29 floors, 39 Bourdillon\u2019s scenic lifts provide striking views over the lush surrounding gardens and the building\u2019s sun-kissed pool below.
